1. General Rule

All purchases of G-Zone Premium subscriptions and Extra Premium Posts are final and non-refundable once activated.

2. Exceptions

Duplicate or accidental payment
Technical error resulting in failed activation

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@g-zone.gg within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
